PRODUCT WARRANTY, REFUND and RETURN POLICIES

 

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

All ITAC Systems Products feature a 24 month warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

PRODUCT REFUNDS:

ITAC Systems will refund the full amount charged to your credit card (less the cost of shipping) if products are returned within 30 days of the date of shipment from ITAC Systems. Units returned which have received obvious physical abuse may not be subject to refund. The cost of shipping the unit to ITAC Systems shall be your responsibility. Once the unit is received by ITAC Systems, we will issue a credit to your credit card within 5 business days. NOTE: It is at the discretion of ITAC Systems to issue refunds.

 

PRODUCT REPAIRS:

ITAC Systems will repair all units under warranty at no cost. All products are warrantied for 2 years or 24 months from the date of purchase. If the product is out of warranty, certain repair, replacement and/or upgrade costs will apply as well as shipping charges The repair/refurbishment fee is a flat rate of $75 unless extensive repairs are required including the device main board. If such repairs are necessary, you will be contacted for authorization prior to repairs beginning.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS - REQUIREMENTS and PROCEDURES:

To receive credit, and for product tracking, you MUST contact ITAC Systems at (972) 494-3073 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays) or by emailing support@itacsystems.com. You will be issued an RMA Number for your return.


NOTE: Failure to secure an RMA number may result in you not receiving a credit and possibly delay any repairs. This MUST be done PRIOR to shipping the product back to ITAC Systems. You may provide a Purchase Order or a credit card.

 

IF REQUESTING AN RMA BY PHONE:

Please be prepared to provide shipping and/or billing information, valid contact information and unit information (i.e. model number, serial number and reason for RMA request). Once you are issued an RMA number you should return the products to the following address  Please do not ship any items prior to receiving an approved RMA Number.

IF REQUESTING AN RMA VIA EMAIL:

1. Email support@itacsystems.com with the subject "Request for RMA".  To ensure a timely response, please provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and valid contact information.
 
2. We will review your request. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved.  Do not send the item until you have received an RMA Number. Be aware that items sent in for repair or refurbishment which are out of warranty will be subject to fees related to the repair/refurbishment. This fee is $75 unless significant repairs needing main board replacement are necessary. In that event, you will be contacted for your authorization  prior to any repairs being initiated.
 
3. Upon receiving your RMA Number, please properly pack your device, write the RMA number on the outside of the box in at least two places and include documentation to further identify your return. You can then ship your item.
 
We WILL NOT accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund, exchange or repair.
