This product is warranted to the end user for one (1) year from the original manufacture date. This warranty is limited to defective materials and workmanship, as well as performance according to the specifications included in the product's manual. The warranty is voided by unauthorized adjustment or repairs, physical abuse, inappropriate use, or neglect. NOTE: This product is considered compatible with most computer systems specified in the technical description for the product. However, product performance can affect, and be affected by system configuration, hardware and software performance characteristics, and other parameters beyond the control of ITAC Systems, Inc.

Therefore, suitability for a specific application must be determined by the end user and is not warranted by ITAC Systems, Inc. This warranty is therefore limited to repair or replacement of the covered product only, and under no circumstances shall ITAC Systems, Inc. be liable for any loss or damage to other equipment by use or inability to use this product.

Any implied warranties made in connection with this product are limited to the one year period.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

If service under warranty is required, the unit should be returned, prepaid, to ITAC Systems, Inc. ITAC Systems, Inc. will, at their discretion, repair or replace the defective unit.
