Ergonomics
The use of standard computer mice is a growing source of lost productivity and even injury in the workforce today. Why? Because of the constant motion involved and the forces applied in gripping a mouse and the stress on the wrist. Our units eliminate these stresses on the hand and wrists.
RSI
MOUSE-TRAK eliminates wasteful and tiring arm and wrist movements. Your hand rests elevated on the hand support while your fingertips manipulate the ball and input keys. It is a more natural and effortless method of precise cursor control. With a MOUSE-TRAK, you can work longer and more productively.

RSI Warning Signs: RSI conditions have many varied symptoms. Any of the following may indicate the onset of an RSI.

1. Recurring pain or soreness in the neck, shoulders, upper back, wrists or hand
2. Tingling, numbness, coldness or loss of sensation
3. Loss of grip strength, lack of endurance or weakness in hands or wrists
4. Muscles in the arms and shoulders feel hard and wiry when palpated
5. Pain or numbness while lying in bed. Often early stage RSI sufferers mistakenly think they are lying on their arms and cutting off circulation, so the onset of early RSI is often overlooked.

MOUSE-TRAK Notes as related to RSI:

1. Units can be assigned for both Right and Left hand use
2. Keys require very low firing force
3. Many units allow user assigned keys to allow for more frequently used keys to be placed under stronger fingers.
4. Key assignments are stored within the device so any custom configured device can be used on any machine without the need for software or driver installations. This means a device configured to help reduce your RSI can travel with you.
